FAQ's

What is the return policy?

We hope you love your Sonny & Finn goodies! However, if something isn't quite right, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. To arrange a return, simply email us at hellosonnyandfinn@gmail.com.

Please note that personalised items and certain other products may not be eligible for returns. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

When will I get my order?

Every Sonny & Finn piece is printed to order with love.

Please allow 4–6 days for us to prepare and dispatch your order. Once it's on its way, delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping service selected.

We recommend ordering early if you're shopping for a special occasion or a gift!

How much does shipping cost?

UK delivery is just £2.99, and you'll get FREE UK delivery when you spend £50 or more.

We also offer international shipping to selected countries, with delivery costs calculated at checkout.

How do I choose the right size?

We want your little ones to be as comfy as possible! You'll find a handy size guide on each product page to help you choose the perfect fit.

We recommend checking your child's height against our size guide rather than relying on age alone.

If you're looking for an oversized fit, we'd recommend sizing up.

How should I wash my Sonny and Finn clothing?

To keep your Sonny & Finn designs looking their best, we recommend washing your clothing inside out and not tumble drying as this may crack the print.

Avoid ironing directly over the printed design to help keep it looking lovely for longer!

Can I personalise a t-shirt?

Yes! Our Design Your Own Tee lets you choose your favourite design and make it personal with your own text.

They're perfect for birthdays, special occasions or a little gift that's completely unique!

Simply visit our Design Your Own Tee page to get started.

Can I order two different T-shirts as part of the 2 for £20 offer?

Absolutely! You can mix and match any two eligible T-shirts from our 2 for £20 collection, including different designs and sizes.

Just add your favourites to your basket and the discount will be applied automatically. No code needed!

What if I need to change my order?

Made a mistake? Don't worry! Just email us at hellosonnyandfinn@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

As our clothing is printed to order, we may not be able to make changes once your order is being prepared.
